Brewing method

- Pour hot water at 90°C over the tea.

- Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

You can brew in two ways:

- When brewed short - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be highly refreshing and stimulating.

- With longer brewing - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and will have a relaxing effect.

Steeping too long will cause the brew to taste astringent, but will not increase the caffeine content and will not increase stimulation.
On the contrary, the tannins produced with each passing minute, which impart a bitter taste, neutralise the effect of the theine.
