Brewing Instructions:
- Pour hot water at 95°C (white boiling; hot but not boiling) over a teaspoon of tea. Brew in two ways:
- For a refreshing and stimulating infusion, steep for up to 3 minutes.
- For a relaxing infusion, steep for up to 5 minutes.
Oversteeping can result in a bitter taste.
