BASILUR Present Gold - Black Leaf Tea in a Decorative Tin, Christmas Tea 100g

Brewing method:

Pour hot water at 100°C over one teaspoon of tea. The brewing time should be between 3 to 5 minutes.

There are two ways to brew:

• Short brewing - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be strongly refreshing and stimulating.

• Longer brewing - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and its effect will be relaxing.

Over-brewing causes bitterness in the taste of the infusion but does not make it contain more caffeine or be more stimulating. On the contrary, the tannins that develop with each additional minute, giving a bitter taste, neutralize the effect of the theine.

The leaves of black tea are suitable for only one brewing.

Ingredients: Ceylon black leaf tea (93.9%) with the addition of jasmine buds (0.8%), blue mallow (0.8%), coconut flakes (2%), and the flavor of roasted almonds (1.25%) and sweet cherries (1.25%).
