Ingredients: Ceylon black loose leaf tea (85.54%) with cherry (8%), orange peel (2%), orange blossoms (1%) with strawberry and vanilla flavor (3.45%).

Brewing Method:

Pour hot water at a temperature of 90°C over the tea. The steeping time should be between 3 to 5 minutes.

You can brew in two ways:

For a short steeping time - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be highly refreshing and stimulating. For a longer steeping time - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine, and its effect will be relaxing.

Steeping for too long causes bitterness in the taste of the infusion, but it doesn't make it contain more caffeine and stimulate more. On the contrary, tannins, which develop with each passing minute, giving a bitter taste, neutralize the action of theanine.
