The brewing method is extremely simple:

• Pour hot water at 90°C over black and fruit tea, and between 70°C and 80°C over green and white tea.
• The steeping time should be between 3 and 5 minutes for black and fruit tea and between 2 and 3 minutes for green and white tea.

Brewing method:

• When brewed short - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be highly refreshing and stimulating.
• With longer brewing - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and its effect will be relaxing.

Steeping for too long will result in an astringent taste to the brew, but will not make it contain more caffeine and stimulate more.
