User manual:

1. Place the gel sachet in a pot filled with water.
The package should be completely be immersed.
2. Bring the water to boil and leave the sachet in it for 5 minutes.
The gel in the sachet will become liquid.
3. After 5 minutes, remove the garner from the heat and carefully drain the water,
leaving the sachet in the pot.
4. After about 10 minutes, the sachet should
have the right temperature so you can take it out of the ga.
5. To start the gel press the metal plate,
and the cushion will heat up.

The cushion keeps heat
for about 20-30 minutes.
After use, the gel crystallizes.
The cushion is reusable!
