Instructions for preparing the gel from 5 grams of powder:

1. Add 250 ml to 500 ml of warm water at 40-45°C. It's best to start with 250 ml, then adjust the consistency.
2. Gently tear open the package or pour the desired amount of powder slowly into the water.
3. Stir or shake the mixture until the powder dissolves.
4. Wait about 5 minutes for the mixture to fully form into a massage gel.
