Brewing Instructions:
Pour hot water at a temperature of 90°C over the tea. The brewing time should be between 3 to 5 minutes.
You can steep it in two ways:
For a short steeping time - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be strongly invigorating.
For a longer steeping time - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine, and its effect will be relaxing.
Steeping for too long results in bitterness in the taste of the infusion, but it doesn't increase caffeine content or make it more stimulating. On the contrary, tannins that develop with each additional minute impart a bitter taste and neutralize the action of theine.
