Brewing Method:
Pour hot water over the tea at a temperature of 90°C. Steeping time should be between 3 and 5 minutes.
You can brew it in two ways:
For a short steep - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be strongly refreshing and invigorating.
For a longer steep - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine, and its effect will be relaxing.
Over-steeping can cause bitterness in the taste of the infusion, but it won't make it contain more caffeine and be more stimulating. On the contrary, the tannins produced with each passing minute, giving a bitter taste, neutralize the theine's effect.
