Brewing Instructions:
Pour hot water at a temperature of 90°C over the tea. The brewing time should be between 3 to 5 minutes.
You can brew it in two ways:
For a short brewing time - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be strong and invigorating. For a longer brewing time - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine, and its effect will be relaxing.
Brewing for too long will result in bitterness in the taste of the infusion, but it won't increase the caffeine content or make it more stimulating. On the contrary, the tannins that develop with each additional minute impart a bitter taste and neutralize the action of theine.
