Ingredients: Ceylon black leaf tea Orange Pekoe (86%), cinnamon (8%), marigold (2.5%), and apple pie flavor (3.5%).
Brewing method:
Pour hot water at 95°C over the tea. The brewing time should be between 3 to 5 minutes.
There are two ways to brew:

Short brewing - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be strongly refreshing and stimulating.

Longer brewing - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and its effect will be relaxing.
Over-brewing causes bitterness in the taste of the infusion but does not make it contain more caffeine or be more stimulating. On the contrary, the tannins that develop with each additional minute, giving a bitter taste, neutralize the effect of the theine.
