Ingredients:
JASMINE DREAM - Ceylon black tea (95.5%) with natural jasmine flavor (4.5%). PASSION TROPICA - Ceylon green tea (84.5%), chamomile (9%), stevia (2.5%), natural passion fruit flavor (4%). FLORA CALM - Ceylon green tea (61%), strawberry leaves (20%), lavender flower (6%), stevia (6%), natural lavender flavor (4%) and orange (3%). ROSE BREEZE - Ceylon green tea (39%), hibiscus (25%), peppermint (25%), stevia (4%), rose flower (2%), natural rose flavor (5%).
Brewing method:
Pour hot water at 90°C over black tea and water at a temperature between 70°C and 80°C for green tea. The brewing time should be between 3 to 5 minutes for black tea and 2 to 3 minutes for green tea. You can brew in two ways:
With a short brew - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be very refreshing and stimulating. With a longer brew - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and will have a relaxing effect. Too long brewing causes bitterness in the taste of the infusion, but it does not mean that it will contain more caffeine and be more stimulating. On the contrary - the tannins produced with each additional minute, giving a bitter taste, neutralize the effect of theine.
