Ingredients: Ceylon black leaf tea Orange Pekoe (73.5%), hibiscus (10%), raisins (10%), red wine flavor (6.5%).
Flavor note: Red Wine - a tart grape note with a floral rose hint.
Brewing method:
Pour hot water at 90°C over the tea. The brewing time should be between 3 to 5 minutes. You can brew in two ways:
With a short brew - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be very refreshing and stimulating. With a longer brew - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and will have a relaxing effect. Too long brewing causes bitterness in the taste of the infusion, but it does not mean that it will contain more caffeine and be more stimulating. On the contrary - the tannins produced with each additional minute, giving a bitter taste, neutralize the effect of theine.
