Brewing Method:
Pour hot water at 95°C (just below boiling) over a teaspoon of tea. There are two ways to brew:- With a short brewing time of up to 3 minutes, the infusion is refreshing and stimulating.
- With a longer brewing time of up to 5 minutes, it provides a relaxing infusion.
Too long brewing results in a bitterness in the taste of the infusion.
Black tea leaves are suitable for only one brewing.
