International Tea Quality Grade: BOPF (Broken Orange Pekoe Fannings) - the main grade of tea in Ceylon. Black tea with uniform particle sizes, without buds.

Brewing Instructions:
Pour hot water at 90°C over the tea. Brew for 3 to 5 minutes. You can brew it in two ways:
- For a short brew - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be strongly refreshing and stimulating.
- For a longer brew - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will have less caffeine and be more relaxing. Over-brewing causes a bitter taste, not an increase in caffeine content or stimulating effect. On the contrary, tannins produced with each minute of brewing, giving a bitter taste, neutralize the effect of theine.
