Brewing Instructions:

Pour hot water at 90°C over black tea, and between 70°C and 80°C over green tea. Steeping time should be 3 to 5 minutes for black tea and 2 to 3 minutes for green tea. You can brew in two ways:

For a short brew - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be very refreshing and stimulating. For a longer brew - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and have a relaxing effect. Overbrewing causes bitterness in the taste of the infusion but does not increase caffeine content or stimulation.

On the contrary - the tannins produced with each passing minute, which give a bitter taste, neutralize the effect of theine.
