Brewing Instructions:
Pour hot water at a temperature of 95°C over the tea. Steeping time should be 3 to 5 minutes. You can brew in two ways:
For a short brew - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be very refreshing and stimulating. For a longer brew - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and have a relaxing effect. Overbrewing causes bitterness in the taste of the infusion but does not increase caffeine content or stimulation.
On the contrary, the tannins produced with each passing minute, which give a bitter taste, neutralize the effect of the theine.
