Ingredients: Ceylon black leaf tea (96%) with added white (0.5%) and red cornflower (0.25%) and natural marzipan flavouring (3.25%)

Country of origin: Sri Lanka

Brewing method:

Pour 95°C hot water over a teaspoon of tea. Steeping time should be between 3 and 5 minutes.

There are two ways to brew:

- With short brewing - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be strongly refreshing and stimulating.

- With longer brewing - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and will have a relaxing effect.

Steeping for too long causes an astringency in the taste of the brew, but does not make it contain more caffeine and stimulate more.
On the contrary, the tannins that are produced with each passing minute, which impart a bitter taste, neutralise the effect of the theine.

Black tea leaves are only suitable for single brewing.
