The coffee is created from a combination of washed Colombian Arabica, beloved for its finesse and delicate, fruity acidity, and lightly roasted Ugandan Robusta, bringing malty cereal and sweet popcorn notes to the blend.
The beans are roasted separately to preserve its mild flavor profile - a smaller portion of the beans is roasted slightly longer to give the coffee intensity and distinctiveness.
