Instructions for preparing the gel from 5 grams of powder:
- Add 250 ml to 500 ml of warm water at 40-45°C. It's best to start with 250 ml, then adjust the consistency.
- Gently tear open the package or pour the desired amount of powder slowly into the water.
- Stir or shake the mixture until the powder dissolves.
- Wait about 5 minutes for the mixture to fully form into a massage gel.
