Green Tea: It's referred to as non-oxidized tea because it doesn't undergo the oxidation process. It is obtained by heating/roasting the leaves to expedite the withering process and prevent them from fermenting. After this stage, the leaves are rolled to form. The production process ends with drying and sorting. Green tea is a source of polyphenols and antioxidants essential for good health and longevity.
Brewing Method: Pour a teaspoon of tea with hot water at a temperature between 70°C and 80°C. Brewing time should be between 3 and 5 minutes. Green tea leaves can be steeped two or three times. The first steeping should last about 3 minutes, and each subsequent one should be extended by 1 minute.
